1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, paying for any product, or using LesRide in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions — including the Earnings Disclaimer (section 11) and the Refund Policy (section 12) — and our Privacy, Acceptable Use & Account Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not register, pay for a product, or use the platform.

2. Digital Products

LesRide is a digital platform that offers digital products (R1 to R7 and more), an affiliate programme, services, a wallet, and bill-payment services.

Paying for a product gives you access to it, and each higher product also includes the products below it (for example, R7 includes the products of R1 to R6). Products are provided digitally, immediately after a successful payment. Current product prices are shown on the products page inside your account and in the commission table in section 5.

Digital products bought from the LesRide store are delivered as downloads in your account. They are for your personal use and may not be copied, resold or shared.

3. Wallet & Payments

You can fund your LesRide wallet online, by bank transfer, or with USDT. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and your wallet is credited once the payment is confirmed. You are responsible for entering your payment details correctly.

Your wallet balance can be used for paying for products, store purchases and bill payments. The wallet is a platform balance, not a bank account, and does not earn interest.

4. Bills & VTU Services

You can buy airtime, mobile data, cable TV subscriptions and electricity through LesRide. These are delivered by third-party service providers.

• Check the phone number, smartcard/IUC number or meter number carefully before you pay. LesRide cannot recover value sent to a wrong number or account that you entered.
• Some purchases may show Pending while the provider confirms them. If you think a purchase has failed or is stuck, open a ticket in the Help Center with the transaction reference.
• Where a purchase is confirmed as failed, the amount is returned to your wallet (see the Refund Policy).

5. Affiliate Programme & Commissions

LesRide rewards members who introduce new members. Becoming an affiliate is entirely optional. When a new member registers and pays for an eligible product through your link, you earn the direct commission for that product; and the member who introduced you earns the indirect commission.

Amounts shown are the current product prices and commissions. LesRide may change them in future; changes apply to purchases made after the change.

Members who join through an R7 spillover invitation are covered by section 8.

Commissions become payable only after the referred member has successfully registered, paid for an eligible product, and met all applicable platform requirements. LesRide verifies all referrals and may reject, delay, reverse or withhold commissions where it finds fraud, duplicate accounts, policy violations or other irregularities.

6. Referral Tracking

Every referral link carries a 30-day tracking cookie. If someone registers and pays for a product within 30 days of clicking your link, you receive the full commission for the product they bought.

If the person pays for a product after the 30-day period has ended, the referral no longer qualifies for the full commission, because the tracking cookie has expired. LesRide may, at its sole discretion, reward the referring member with a partial commission for introducing the customer. The amount of any partial commission is decided solely by LesRide.

7. The R Car Challenge

The R Car Challenge is a ride-by-ride path of 5 rides available to members who buy products that include it (R7). Each R7 sale you make adds ₦4,000 to your R Car balance.

• Each ride is funded by the ride payments of your direct affiliates. Progress therefore depends on your affiliates making their own sales, not only on you.
• When your balance on a ride covers that ride's withdrawal plus the next ride's amount, one action withdraws the withdrawable amount and moves you to the next ride. The next ride's amount comes from that ride's funds, not from your own pocket.
• The ride amounts shown on your R Car dashboard are what the programme pays when each stage is completed. They are not a promise that any member will complete a ride or the whole challenge — see the Earnings Disclaimer.
• R Car withdrawals are reviewed before they are paid, like all withdrawals.

8. Team Placement (R7 Spillover)

Active R7 members have a special spillover invitation link. It lets a member who is building their team help the people already in it, so that more members can reach their R Car Challenge goals sooner. Using it is optional.

How it works

• A person who joins through a spillover invitation can buy R7 only. Signing up is free and reserves nothing.
• The member's place in the team is decided when they pay for R7, not when they sign up.
• They are then placed under another active R7 member in the inviter's team who has a free place. Each member has up to 3 places. The inviter's own places are filled first; after that the inviter's active R7 members are filled in the order they signed up; then, going down the team level by level, only the first 3 members of each full member are considered. If no free place is found, the member simply stays under the inviter.
• The order is set by sign-up order. Nobody — including the inviter — chooses where a person is placed.

Who earns what

• The member who invited you earns the cash commission on your purchase — the direct commission (₦10,000) and, because you are placed in their team, the indirect commission (₦1,600) as well, as set out in section 5. If you are placed directly under them, it is an ordinary sale: they earn the direct commission and their own referrer earns the indirect commission.
• The member whose place you fill receives the R Car credit (₦4,000) for your purchase, and you count as one of their direct members in the R Car Challenge.
• You pay the same price and receive the same product and benefits as any other R7 member. You can earn your own commissions and R Car credits by introducing others, in the normal way.

Fair use

Every account must belong to a different real person who controls it and withdraws to their own bank account. Introducing relatives and friends is welcome. LesRide may investigate placements and may reverse or withhold placements, commissions or R Car credits where it finds abuse — for example accounts opened or controlled to collect credits — in line with the Prohibited Activities section.

LesRide may change, pause or end spillover invitations at any time. Placements already made stay in place unless they are found to break these terms.

9. Riders Cash, Riders Coin & Withdrawals

9.1 Riders Cash

Riders Cash is the balance of the commissions you have earned from the affiliate programme. It can be withdrawn to your bank account under the withdrawal rules in section 9.4.

9.2 Riders Coin

Riders Coin is a digital reward point issued by LesRide to recognise member participation in eligible platform activities. It is not a publicly traded cryptocurrency, an investment product, or legal tender. It has no fixed market value and cannot be exchanged outside LesRide unless LesRide officially announces otherwise.

9.3 How Riders Coin is converted

• Riders Coin is converted on a weekly cycle. LesRide may, at its discretion, change the cycle to daily (or another interval) at any time, with notice on the platform.
• The conversion value is based on the revenue LesRide receives in the period. Because revenue changes, the value of Riders Coin is not fixed and may increase, decrease or vary from one cycle to the next. LesRide determines the conversion value solely, taking into account revenue received, operating costs and overall business performance.
• Because conversion follows revenue, we urge every member to take part and earn as much Riders Coin as possible. Higher member activity helps grow the platform, but this is not a guarantee of any particular conversion value.
• Holding Riders Coin does not create ownership or investment rights, and does not guarantee a specific cash value.

9.4 Withdrawals

• Riders Cash: the minimum amount you can receive is ₦1,000, and a fee of ₦200 applies to each withdrawal.
• Riders Coin: a minimum withdrawal amount and a processing fee apply to each withdrawal. The current minimum is shown on the Redeem Riders Coin page when you make a withdrawal.

• The fee is deducted from your balance in addition to the amount you receive. For example, to receive ₦1,000 from Riders Cash you need at least ₦1,200 in your balance.
• Every withdrawal request is reviewed and approved before it is paid. Payment is made within a reasonable time after approval; banks and payment providers may add delays outside our control.
• Withdrawals are paid to one bank account in your own registered name. Account details are checked with a payment partner, and an account that does not match your registered name will be rejected. Do not use another person's account.
• LesRide may restrict or hold withdrawals while it investigates suspected fraud or a breach of these terms (see the Account Policy).
• Withdrawal minimums and fees may be changed by LesRide in future; the amounts in force when you request a withdrawal apply.

10. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• create more than one account, or use a false identity or misleading registration details;
• use bots, scripts or automation tools, or generate artificial activity;
• manipulate referral links or the referral system, or commit commission fraud;
• use a bank account that does not belong to you for withdrawals;
• misuse payments, including chargeback abuse or false payment claims;
• attempt to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other members' accounts; or
• use LesRide for any illegal, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.

LesRide may suspend or permanently close accounts that break these rules and may withhold pending rewards or commissions. See the Acceptable Use and Account Suspension sections of our policy for details.

11. Earnings Disclaimer

LesRide provides affiliate commissions, the R Car Challenge and Riders Coin rewards. Taking part does not guarantee income, profit, commissions, Riders Coin value, or financial success.

What a member earns depends on several factors, including:

• how much effort and consistency the member puts in;
• sales made by the member and by the member's affiliates;
• member participation and activity across the platform;
• the revenue LesRide receives, which determines how Riders Coin is converted;
• compliance with LesRide's terms and policies; and
• market conditions and other circumstances outside LesRide's control.

Any figures shown by LesRide or its members — including commission amounts, ride amounts, weekly goals and totals such as the full R Car Challenge total — are examples of what is possible under the programme. They are for illustration only and are not a promise, or a statement of what a typical member earns. Many members will earn less, and some may earn nothing.

Becoming an affiliate is entirely optional. Past results do not predict future results.

12. Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy before making any payment on LesRide. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to it.

12.1 General policy

LesRide provides access to digital products and related platform features immediately after a successful payment. Because of the nature of digital products, all payments for products are generally non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed — whether you are paying for the R1 product or for any other product.

12.2 Duplicate payments and failed purchases

If you accidentally make the same payment more than once for a single product or transaction, LesRide may approve a refund of the duplicate payment after successful verification. To process it, we may ask for:

• your payment receipt or transaction reference;
• the date and time of payment;
• your registered LesRide account details; and
• any other information needed for verification.

If a bill-payment or store purchase is charged to your wallet but is confirmed as failed, the amount is returned to your wallet.

12.3 Refund method

Once a refund is approved, LesRide may process it using any method it considers appropriate. Depending on the circumstances, a refund may be:

• returned to the original payment method, where possible;
• credited directly to your LesRide Wallet; or
• processed using another payment method chosen by LesRide.

You accept that an approved refund may be credited to your LesRide Wallet instead of being returned to your bank account or original payment method.

12.4 Non-refundable payments

Except for verified duplicate payments, confirmed failed purchases, or where the law requires otherwise, the following are generally not refundable:

• payments for products — for example, paying for the R1 product, or for any higher product;
• digital store products once they have been delivered to your account;
• airtime, data, cable TV and electricity purchases that were delivered successfully;
• referral-related transactions, commissions and R Car Challenge payments;
• payments made after digital products or platform access have been provided; and
• payments made because you chose the wrong product or changed your mind after paying.

12.5 Fraud prevention

LesRide may reject any refund request where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, false claims, unauthorised account access, payment disputes, chargeback misuse, or any attempt to manipulate the payment system.

12.6 Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable time after verification. Timing may depend on your bank, the payment provider or other third parties, and LesRide is not responsible for delays they cause.

13. Availability, Third Parties & Liability

Availability. We aim to keep LesRide available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Downtime may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, system updates, internet disruption or other circumstances beyond our control. LesRide is not liable for loss caused by temporary interruption, delay or unavailability.

Third parties. LesRide uses third-party payment providers, bill-payment providers and other services, and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, availability or services. You use them at your own discretion, and we encourage you to read their terms.

Information. We try to keep the information on the platform accurate and up to date, but make no promise that it is complete, accurate or always available.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, LesRide, its owners, employees, partners and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

14. Changes to These Terms

LesRide may modify, update or replace these Terms and Conditions (including the Earnings Disclaimer and Refund Policy) at any time. Changes take effect when they are published on the platform. By continuing to use LesRide after changes are published, you accept the revised terms.
